Application Support

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
  • Provide functional and technical support to users;
  • Analyze system logs and identify possible problems with applications;
  • Contribute to preventive maintenance by providing permanent fixes;
  • Prioritize and deliver excellent service, problem solving and problem solving of business teams;
  • Monitoring the service, reporting and continuous improvement of the quality and availability of the service.
  • Degree in Computer Science;
  • Mininum 2 years of professional experience in Application Support (L1 and L2 support);
  • Good knowledge in Data Bases (MS SQL, Oracle, among others);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Analysis skill and attention to detail;
  • Good communication, dynamis and proactivity skills;
  • Team work spirit and continuous learning are valued.
