Profile:

• Degree in Information Technologies or similar;
• More than 5 years of professional experience as an on-prem Support Engineer;
• Proven experience in Design, Deploy, troubleshoting and implementation of MECM and SCCM;
• Solid knowledge of Intune and Windows 10;
• Knowledge of Windows Server and technologies related to Infrastructures (e.g. AD, VPN, Security) are valued;
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy and teamwork;
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity.
