Functions:
  • Analyse, authorize and review the implementation of changes, collecting information relating to them;
  • Register, update and monitor changes;
  • Ensuring support activities for customers and users;
  • Ensure the production and analysis of metrics and indicators reports;
  • Create and manage supporting documentation.
Profile:
  • Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
  • Professional experience in similar functions;
  • Experience with tools such as Sharepoint, CA-SDM, Triskell and Microsoft Office;
  • Solid knowledge in ITIL 4, COBIT and ISO 20000;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to adapt and work as a team;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Sense of autonomy, dynamism and proactivity.
