Security Support Engineer

Workplace: Remoto
Function:
  • Responsible for the costumer support experience;
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, and escalate them when it is required;
  • Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring;
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology field;
  • 4+ years of experience as Security Engineer or Systems Administration Security (endpoint security, server security and threat analytics);
  • Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments;
  • Strong Knowledge in Cloud (cloud security, networking and migration of multi-cloud or hybrid deployments);
  • Good Knowledge in Windows OS and/or Azure Active Directory administration;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills;
  • Excellent communication ability;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
