  • Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
  • 1+ years of professional experience in on-site technical support roles;
  • Proven experience with Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
  • Advanced knowledge of networks (TCP/IP), OSs and Hardware;
  • Good knowledge of Office (Word and Excel) from the user's perspective;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation;
  • Ability to adapt and work in a team;
  • Dynamism and proactivity;
  • Availability for 24/7 shifts.
