Helpdesk Technician (On-Site)

Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
Professional experience of more than 2 years in on-site technical support functions;
Proven experience on Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), Hardware and password access/reset;
Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool is valued;
Good knowledge of English;
Good communication skills and customer orientation;
Ability to adapt and work as a team;
Dynamism and proactivity.

This position is for Alfragide, Lisbon.
