Profile:
  • Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Service Desk;
  • Proven experience with Windows platforms (Workstation and Server), Active Directory and Exchange;
  • Advanced knowledge of networks (TCP/IP), Oss and Hardware;
  • Knowledge in CA application and basics of ITIL is valued;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good communication skills and team work;
  • Strong customer orientation and achievement of goals.
