Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)

Function:

• Technical intervention in Hardware and Software on site;
• Hardware repair with replacement equipment (Desktop, Laptop, Monitors, Scanners, Servers, Printers (MF;lasers), Apple);
• Fulfillment with contracted service levels;
• Ensure that you have the necessary stock according to the service to be performed;
• Management of priorities.

Profile:

• Academic qualifications at the level of the 12th year;
• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in similar functions;
• Experience supporting Apple and Mac environments;
• Good knowledge of Windows and Office 365 operating systems;
• Knowledge of Azure AD;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and autonomy;
• Sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Formal Dress Code (Suit and tie).
