Senior Systems Administrator

Installation, Management and Maintenance of server infrastructure (physical and virtual);
Resolution of incidents in server infrastructure;
Validation and installation of security and upgrade patches, executing backup plan;
Information management of user and group accounts, and Office 365 tenant administration.

Higher education in the area of Information Technologies or similar;
Professional experience of more than 4 years in similar functions;
Proven experience using Veeam Backup Enterprise and managing cluster datacenters with hyperconvergence technology;
Experience with analysis and troubleshouting of incidents and analysis and contribution to the design of Architecture solutions;
Solid knowledge of managing Microsoft SQL servers (2014 and 2019) and Exchange 2016 servers;
Knowledge of integration projects with Public Clouds is valued;
Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 9001 and 27001 standards;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent communication skills, results orientation and teamwork;
Resilience and critical spirit.
