• Higher education in the area of ​​Information Technologies;
• Minimum professional experience of 3 years as a ServiceNow Developer;
• Proven professional experience in implementing ServiceNow Security Operation (SecOps);
• Good ability to analyze Security Operations functional requirements and define technical solutions;
• Knowledge of security incident management and Risk and Compliance processes is valued;
• Possession of CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS SecOps certifications is valued;
• Knowledge of English;
• Excellent customer communication skills;
• Spirit of teamwork;
• Desire to learn.
