Systems Engineer

Higher education in Information Technology or similar field;
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Active Directory administration;
Proven experience in Active Directory, including forest, domains, sites, DC, DNS, DNS forwarding, Kerberos troubleshooting, signed traffic, cross-domain, and GPOs;
Experience in scripting with PowerShell, backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations;
Proficiency in installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting Citrix environments;
Solid knowledge of Relay Administration, including upgrades, tracking, and troubleshooting;
Administration of on-prem ADFS and applications for Azure SSO, including creation of relying party trusts and troubleshooting;
Knowledge of physical and virtual server administration, operating system upgrades, and File Server (DFS) management;
Knowledge of ITIL (incident, change, and problem management) and Event ID error analysis;
Microsoft certifications relevant to the project are valued;
Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
Strong communication skills;
Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills;
Enjoy teamwork, challenges, and troubleshooting.
