System Administrator

Higher education in Information Technology;
At least 5 years' professional experience in implementing, administering and operating Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365) and traditional environments (Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware);
Proven experience in managing and operating Microsoft Active Directory and its organisational structure (OUs), in relation to users, service accounts, PCs (desktops and laptops) and servers (Windows and Linux);
Proficiency in managing and operating VMware platforms;
Skills in managing resources, licensing and creating the respective Microsoft 365 profiles, with a focus on forecasting trends, continuous improvement and anticipating needs;
Mastery of Microsoft SCCM for management and operation;
Solid knowledge of provisioning computing resources (VMs) in VMware and Microsoft Azure technologies;
Knowledge of implementing and maintaining the IT Governance component (such as CMDB, TAGs, compliance, audits, etc.);
Familiarity with recording and managing operations using the ITSM ServiceNow tool;
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
Good communication and customer-orientated skills;
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
