Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• Integration into a multidisciplinary team that provides consulting services to clients in the areas of IT service management, IT operations management, and automation solution implementation, in accordance with applicable market best practices;
• Development of pre-sales, consulting, training, implementation, and technical support activities for clients.

Profile:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or similar areas;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector;
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, CheckMK, Azure Monitor, OpManager, or others) for monitoring the availability and performance of servers, networks, databases, and applications;
• Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, Control-M, etc.);
• Experience in network and Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, cloud, and container systems administration;
• Experience in using endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Central, etc.) is valued;
• Solid knowledge of AD/LDAP/Entra ID, GPO management;
• Knowledge of industry best practices in IT operations management and IT service management is a plus;
• Good knowledge of information security best practices;
• Aptitude for preparing and conducting pre-sales and training activities;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism;
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude, with strong adaptability and resilience.
