Azure & AI Solution Architect Lead

Deconstruct and advise on the technical aspects of solutions, communicating with different stakeholders (IT teams, internal leadership, and clients);
Design applicative solutions in Azure and AI, after translating functional requirements into technical blueprints, and subsequently overseeing their implementation;
Make decisions regarding tools, technical dependencies, and best practices;
Ensure the technical quality of the team’s deliverables and participate in pre-sales phases;
Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, estimates, PoCs, and pilots for proposed solutions (such as code, testing, scripting, etc.), along with the corresponding documentation;
Develop and configure CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and AI solutions to integrate applications with Azure AI platform services (Cognitive Search, OpenAI, and others).

Higher education in Information Technology or a related field;
Over 8 years of professional experience as an Azure Architect, preferably in the consulting sector;
Proven professional experience in designing architectures using C# .NET, Azure PaaS (APIM, Functions, Web Apps, Storage), Azure Cognitive Services (Azure AI Search, OCR, Vision), and Azure DevOps Pipelines;
Strong knowledge of implementing AI solutions using the RAG pattern, as well as working with Azure OpenAI or other Generative AI technologies such as Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT);
Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Generative AI LLMs (GPT-4, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral) is considered an advantage;
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-300, AZ-400, DP-900, AI-102, among others, are highly valued;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Knowledge of Portuguese and French is valued;
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Autonomy and proactiveness.
