Profile:

• Higher education in Information Technology or a related field;
• More than 4 years of professional experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, among others;
• Experience in implementing and managing security policies, access control, and Group Policy (GPO);
• Expertise in managing Exchange servers, including mailbox creation, transport connectors, and retention policies;
• Experience in Exchange server migration and implementing email security measures;
• Strong knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls;
• Proficiency in configuring and administering Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD;
• Experience in Azure administration, including virtual machines, storage, and security;
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere, including ESXi, vCenter Server, vMotion, and Storage vMotion;
• Knowledge of virtual networking in VMware, such as vSwitches and virtual VLANs;
• Experience in configuring and managing virtualized storage in VMware;
• Expertise in backup and recovery solutions with Veeam;
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in VMware environments;
• Experience in implementing security policies in VMware and configuring virtual firewalls;
• Knowledge in planning and executing VMware version upgrades, as well as migrating hosts and VMs between different vSphere versions;
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, among others, are valued;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
