Support Technician (1st & 2nd Line)

Local: Full Remote / International Projects
Function:
  • Support 24/7 for end users;
  • Ticket resolution for first and second line cases;
  • Monitoring and daily checks on systems;
  • Restoring from backup and file recovery.

Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience as Support Technician;
  • Solid experience with Office and other Desktop Apps (Office 365, Desktop OS, Desktop E-mail);
  • Minimum knowledge of networking;
  • In-depth understanding of application management (SCCM) would be a plus;
  • Fluent in English;
  • French speaking skills;
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent communication ability;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
