Profile:

• Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
• Professional experience over 1 year in Service Desk;
• Proven experience on Windows platforms (Workstation and Server), Active Directory and Exchange;
• Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), operating systems and hardware;
• Knowledge of the basics of ITIL will be valued;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication capacity and teamwork;
• Strong customer orientation and compliance with objectives;
• Availability to work by shifts 24/7.
