Service Desk Agent

Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
Professional experience of more than 2 years in Service Desk;
Proven experience in Windows platforms (Workstation and Server), Active Directory and Exchange;
Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), Operating Systems and Hardware;
Knowledge of the CA application and basic notions of ITIL will be valued;
Fluency in English;
Good communication skills and teamwork;
Strong customer orientation and goal achievement.
