Application/Functional Support Technician

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Functions:
  • Give application and functional support to users about the solutions provided by the customer;
  • Perform non-technical application administration, such as user management, access management, troubleshooting.
Profile:
  • Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
  • Professional experience in similar functions;
  • Experience with user support, as a trainer or functional analyst;
  • Solid knowledge of document management;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication skills, autonomy and teamwork;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and proactivity.
