Support Technician (Vilamoura)

Workplace: Faro (On-Site)
Role:
  • Providing in-person and remote support for incidents and requests;
  • Diagnosing, resolving, and escalating technical issues;
  • Configuring and maintaining equipment (PCs, POS systems, tablets, printers, etc.);
  • Managing access, accounts, and permissions;
  • Logging and tracking tickets;
  • Collaborating with local and central IT teams.
Profile:
  • Technical background in Information Technology;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a user-oriented approach;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is based in Vilamoura.
