Service Desk Expert (Incident/Change Management)

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Profile:
  • Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
  • Proven professional experience in troubleshooting Windows workplace environments;
  • Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
  • Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process;
  • Good knowledge of System Center (SCCM) and Intune;
  • Ability to create technical documentation;
  • ITIL certification is valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong customer orientation and service quality;
  • Spirit of initiative and leadership;
  • Availability to work daily shifts between 7am and 11pm.
