Service Desk Coordinator

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Profile:
  • Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
  • Minimum professional experience of 3 years in managing Service Desk teams;
  • Proven professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;
  • Proven experience in service control and management of quality metrics, with a focus on improving service;
  • Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements;
  • Knowledge of building dashboards and Power BI is valued;
  • Knowledge of the Retail sector is valued;
  • Training and/or certifications in ITIL and Power BI are valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills;
  • Team spirit, with the ability to build bridges between the various interlocutors;
  • Ability to learn and continuously improve.
