Service Desk Coordinator

Workplace: Setúbal (On-Site)
Profile:
  • Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in IT service team management;
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL Incident Management and Request Management processes;
  • Proven experience in defining performance metrics, identifying and implementing KPIs;
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow will be valued;
  • Knowledge of automation and use of AI will be valued;
  • Experience in managing teams in a remote model;
  • ITIL V4 certification is valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Good leadership skills and a taste for teamwork;
  • Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks.
