Workplace: Remoto
  • Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
  • Professional experience of more than 1 year in Service Desk;
  • Proven professional experience in technical support for Windows environments, namely workplace operating systems and their troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of installing applications in workplace environments with Windows operating systems;
  • Knowledge of the ITSM ticket registration tool will be valued;
  • ITIL certification is valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
  • Availability to work shifts 24/7.
