1st Line Service Desk (Temporary Project)

Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)

Profile

  • Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
  • At least 1 year's professional experience as a Service Desk;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
  • Availability for a 2-month project.

This position is located at Estrada Malveira da Serra, in Cascais.
