Salesforce Support Analyst

Workplace: Lisbon / Porto (Hybrid)
Role:
  • Provide technical support to end users regarding Salesforce-related issues and queries;
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve Salesforce-related problems, including data integrity issues, user access problems, and configuration errors;
  • Support user management activities, including new user creation, user deactivation, and management of profiles and permission sets;
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential areas for improvement;
  • Develop and deliver basic training materials and resources to empower users on Salesforce features and best practices;
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standard Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide relevant insights;
  • Work closely with the Digital Financing Support team to understand business requirements and support the ongoing evolution of the platform.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • More than 1 year of professional experience in Salesforce support roles or similar CRM platform support environments;
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving common Salesforce issues;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and native functionalities;
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification (preferred);
  • Familiarity with creating Salesforce reports and dashboards (preferred);
  • Experience with data loading and migration tools, such as Data Loader (preferred);
  • Good command of English;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
