Process Controller

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Functions:
  • Controlling and ensuring the integrity of asset management;
  • Scheduling and monitoring the transport of equipment and materials;
  • Entering and updating data in internal management tools;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate records;
  • Producing control reports and performance indicators;
  • Collaborate with the Logistics, Staging and Field teams to align administrative processes.
Profile:
  • Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
  • Previous experience of between 1 and 3 years in an administrative or process control role;
  • Basic knowledge of asset management and logistics (retail experience would be an asset);
  • Proficiency in Office tools (knowledge of Excel is mandatory);
  • High sense of organisation, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Driving licence (required);
  • Availability for a 6-month project.
