IT Operational Manager

Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)
Functions:
  • Management and control of the operation of various teams that provide services to customers;
  • Operation supervision, agreed with the client, evaluating points for improvement and helping with their implementation.
Profile:
  • Academic qualifications at high school level;
  • Professional experience in Operational Management of IT teams and/or IT Project Management;
  • Proven professional experience in creating and analyzing productivity reports, using Excel and/or Power BI;
  • Possession of the ITIL Strategic Leader Certification is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Capacity for commitment, dynamism and proactivity;
  • Sense of responsibility and guidance.
