Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)

Profile:

• Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in on-site technical support;
• Solid experience in hardware maintenance (desktops and laptops);
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues;
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems;
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, structured cabling);
• Software installation and configuration;
• Good knowledge of ticket management tools;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and proactivity in problem-solving;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, namely: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
