Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)

Role:

• Support endpoint lifecycle management operations;
• Ensure efficient execution of workplace operational and logistical activities for workstations;
• Support migration, rollout, and other operational initiatives;
• Contribute to the operational readiness of workstation support and its scalability;
• Optimize inventory and hardware management.

Profile:

• Academic qualifications at 12th-grade level;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and end-user support;
• Proven experience with the Microsoft Windows operating system;
• Experience in desktop administration and deployment;
• Proficiency in Office Suite installation and activation;
• Ability to troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization issues;
• Strong knowledge of configuring Outlook using POP, IMAP or Autodiscover service;
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and best practices;
• Good English skills (B2 level, mandatory);
• Availability to travel within the Lisbon area;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
