Field Support Technician (2nd line)

Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;
Professional experience of more than 2 years in Field Support functions, remotely;
Proven professional experience with troubleshooting Microsoft applications (Microsoft products, Operating Systems, Networking, among others);
Solid knowledge of Hardware components;
Good knowledge in preparing documentation;
Good understanding and compliance with Service Levels (SLA's);
Knowledge of SQL Database (troubleshooting) is valued;
Experience in the Retail sector is valued;
Fluency in Portuguese;
Knowledge in English and Spanish is valued;
Good communication and customer orientation skills;
Ability to adapt and work as a team;
Dynamism and proactivity.
