Field Coordinator (Rollout)

Planning and coordinating the activities of the Field teams;
Ensuring that field tasks are carried out on time and with quality;
Collaborate with the Project Manager and other areas, such as Logistics and Staging, to align operations;
Solving technical and operational problems in the field;
Accompanying and training the technical teams in specific retail solutions;
Supporting and coordinating the operations of the Staging and Logistics teams whenever necessary;
Controlling and guiding both delivery and collection transportation.

Profile

Academic qualifications at 12th grade level;
2 to 4 years' professional experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or retail;
Basic technical knowledge of POS and Self-checkout;
Good knowledge of Asset Management;
Good knowledge of ITSM;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Ability to lead and manage teams in the field;
Strong ability to work under pressure with time constraints;
Strong ability to reorganize in the face of constant change, both in terms of planning and needs;
Driving license (required);
Willingness to travel frequently and work shifts;
Availability for a 6-month project.
