Technical Architect / Team Lead

Higher education in Information Technology or similar;
Professional experience of more than 4 years as a Technical Architect/Team Lead;
Proven professional experience in object-oriented development, such as Java;
Good knowledge of development best practices and the software life cycle;
Good ability to lead technically and support the team in deliverables;
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Rigor, dynamism and a spirit of initiative;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong team spirit, attitude and curiosity to learn.
