Application Support Technician

Workplace: Lisbon (Remote)
Profile:
  • Higher education in Information Technologies;
  • Up to 5 years of professional experience in roles related to systems monitoring, observability or IT operational management;
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace (monitoring, dashboards, extensions or configuration);
  • Experience using ServiceNow, preferably in incident or request management;
  • Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and Configuration Item (CI) management;
  • Good incident analysis skills and ability to identify root causes;
  • Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM);
  • Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring and observability environments;
  • Experience participating in audits, compliance processes or operational control;
  • Experience with metrics monitoring and reporting (valued);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good teamwork skills and communication with technical and operational teams;
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking.
