Project and Program Management

Local: Lisbon/Remote
  • Contracts Operational Management;
  • Tenders’ orchestration (Public Sector customers);
  • Support Pre-Post Contract validation;
  • Support Billing, Credit&Rebill activities;
  • Support T-minus process (Contract renew lifecycle);


  • 3+ years of experience in similar functions;
  • Experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Program Management and/or Finance;
  • Deep knowledge on business processes, sales operations & programs, and execution;
  • Deep knowledge on Public Sector customers processes and tenders;
  • Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecards, and other relevant business performance measurements;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication ability;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
