Hiring Process Manager

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
  • Coordinate the response to Tender Specifications and other customer requests;
  • Ensure compliance with the company's standard processes;
  • Consult the DRE daily and identify competitions related to the company's business areas.
  • Professional experience of more than 5 years in similar functions;
  • Proven professional experience in using various Public Contracting platforms and Private Sector Entities;
  • Good knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
  • Availability for short-term projects.
