Senior IT Business Analyst

Collect, analyze, and document functional requirements, identifying and structuring business needs;
Define and execute test cases to ensure quality control of solutions;
Develop close relationships with internal clients and other stakeholders;
Prepare high-quality functional documentation and ensure knowledge transfer;
Provide first-line support to users;
Apply best practices in communication and problem-solving;
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in processes and applications;
Work in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
More than 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects, preferably in the financial sector;
Professional or academic knowledge in the fields of Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Banking;
Experience with risk management systems is a plus;
Knowledge of SQL;
Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of French is a plus;
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
Independence, organizational skills, and proactivity;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to mentor and support less experienced team members.
