Role:
  • Monitor the implementation projects of security controls, ensuring follow-up on the plan, execution, risks, and roadblocks;
  • Oversee cybersecurity risk mitigation activities in coordination with other departments;
  • Assess and ensure the implementation of cybersecurity controls in ongoing projects;
  • Coordinate the management of the Cybersecurity Steering Committee and other internal communication channels, including agenda setting and preparation of supporting documents;
  • Prepare annual cybersecurity budget proposals and monitor their execution;
  • Support the development of annual activity plans for the cybersecurity area;
  • Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to cybersecurity.
Profile:
  • Higher education in Information Technology;
  • Professional experience in managing complex programs or projects, preferably in the cybersecurity field;
  • Experience in preparing management reports and documentation (e.g., steering committee reports);
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, among others);
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST);
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Leadership and coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams and groups;
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA);
  • Familiarity with European regulations related to security or specific sectors (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SIRSCE) is valued;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
