Function:

• Provide technical and SME training for engineers and Delivery Partner (DP);
• Manage cases (initial validation, escalation, tech reviews, among others);
• Facilitate intermediation between the various teams involved (Support Delivery Manager, CSS Training);
• Participate in technical and SME interviews.

Profile:

• Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
• Professional experience of more than 4 years in business management in outsourcing;
• Proven experience in Microsoft Cloud technology, support, consultancy, or similar;
• Strong knowledge in project management and planning;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Sense of responsibility and commitment.
