Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• To ensure the comprehensive management of the lifecycle of ICT Infrastructure and Services contracts, guaranteeing regulatory, financial, contractual and operational compliance by critical and key suppliers, particularly in relation to the DORA Regulation, outsourcing, service provider risk management and compliance requirements.
• To prepare reports and financial documentation for executive approval.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar discipline;
• Proven experience in IT contract management and contract negotiation;
• Experience in financial management and budgetary control;
• Experience in preparing business cases and investment proposals;
• Experience in ICT outsourcing and supplier management;
• Sound knowledge of the DORA Regulation;
• Experience in Operational Risk Management;
• Experience in preparing and maintaining evidence for internal and external audits;
• Experience in liaising with Risk and Compliance departments;
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure (an advantage);
• Experience in the banking sector (an advantage);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Proactive approach and a sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently;
• Good ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is based in Oeiras, Lisbon.
