IT Business Process Consultant

Design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with leading compliance and security standards;
Combine technical and business knowledge to deliver real and measurable value;
Conduct compliance assessments and risk analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, as well as design and implement solutions aligned with best practices and regulatory frameworks;
Solve complex problems and deliver strategic recommendations that clients can act on;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high-impact outcomes;
Act as a consultant, supporting clients in the practical application of compliance and security frameworks, in a results-driven way.

Degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Proven experience in document management (template creation, documentation management, version control, among others);
Experience in preparing meeting minutes, reports, executive summaries, and similar documents;
Proficiency in ISO Management Systems, namely ISO/IEC 27001/20000, 22301, and 9001;
Strong knowledge of Risk Management;
Ability to work independently and to identify and escalate deviations, risks, or matters requiring Client decision in a timely manner;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position is on-site in Alfragide.
