  • Good knowledge in Data Base, mainly in creation of queries;
  • Knowledge in Salesforce and Talkdesk will be valued;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowledge in Spanish will be valued;
  • Good analysis, organization and planning skills;
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation;
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
