  • Track incidents and requests throughout the lifecycle;
  • Evaluate the operational difficulties and challenges in the use of processes on SAP modules and escalate to the client's teams;
  • Check the cause of errors in the processes and help users to overcome them;
  • Produce technical documentation to elevate First Time Fix by Desk and help the user community.
  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or another relevant field;
  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar functions;
  • Proven experience in the functional area of SAP (MM, SD, WM, PP, FI and CO);
  • Preferred knowledge of IDoc's and SAP PI;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good analysis and planning skills;
  • Good communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;
  • Teamwork and continuous learning passionate.
