Functions:
  • Be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the CMDB;
  • Integrate the CMDB with all ITIL processes and define the respective Governance Model;
  • Collaborate in Change and Release Management processes, acting as Change Coordinator, articulating with development teams and technical towers.
Profile:
  • Degree in Information Technologies;
  • Professional experience of more than 5 years in similar functions;
  • Proven experience in CMDB implementation and management;
  • Experience in using Discover tools to update the CMDB is valued;
  • Certification and/or experience in ITIL processes;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good planning and organization skills;
  • Capacity for cooperation and teamwork;
  • Focus on processes and innovation.
