Profile:

• Higher education in the field of Information Technologies;
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst;
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow;
• Excellent ability to analyse functional requirements according to business needs and the needs of the various teams involved;
• Strong ability to recommend and implement functional and technical solutions based on identified requirements;
• Strong skills in leading functional workshops with operational teams and business stakeholders;
• Good ability to support the structuring of implemented functionalities;
• Experience and strong ability to provide consultancy to clients in order to suggest enhancements to the ServiceNow platform (valued);
• ServiceNow CSA certification;
• ServiceNow SAM and FSM certifications (valued);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships;
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
