Business Manager

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Function:
  • Client portfolio management;
  • Commercial prospecting, contacting new and potential clients, creating new leads;
  • Drawing up, negotiating and monitoring commercial proposals;
  • Managing client relations and internal teams;
  • Accompanying and managing consultants on projects;
  • Producing commercial documentation.
Profile:
  • Higher education in Information Technology, Management, HR Management or equivalent;
  • Professional experience of more than 2 years in a commercial role in the IT sector;
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Labour Legislation will be valued;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Goal Oriented;
  • Experience and enjoyment of working with clients, managing existing clients and attracting new ones;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent team spirit, flexibility and resilience.
