Support Engineer - Level 3 (Business Intelligence)

Workplace: Remoto

Profile

  • Higher education in Information Technology or similar;
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in technical support or Business Intelligence consulting;
  • Proven experience in technical support or similar customer service role in the technology area;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, or any other similar BI tool (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle Analytics Cloud, MicroStrategy or Microsoft Excel);
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), MDX, DAX and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS);
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or other databases, such as Oracle or SAP;
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting in networking is valued;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills;
  • Good organizational skills, autonomy and dynamism;
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and continuous learning;
  • Availability for short-term project (until June 2025).
