Support Engineer (Business Intelligence)

Degree in the area of Information Technologies;
Professional experience of more than 3 years in the technical support area;
Proven professional experience with troubleshooting and debugging;
Good knowledge of Power BI, or another similar tool (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle Analytics Cloud, MicroStrategy, Microsoft Excel)
Knowledge of the concepts of SSAS, MDX, DAX and SSRS;
Basic knowledge of networks;
Fluency in English;
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Sense of responsibility, organization and autonomy.
