Data Engineer

University degree in Information Technology or similar;
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineering, with a focus on data modeling for analysis;
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Azure and Databricks;
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support advanced analysis;
Experience with Python, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks;
Experience in implementing data governance and data quality practices;
Advanced mastery of Microsoft Fabric, especially in data modeling and integration with analytical tools;
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX and data modeling languages;
Skills in translating business requirements into efficient and flexible data models;
Ability to optimize data models for performance and scalability;
Experience in digital transformation projects in the financial sector;
Solid business knowledge of the banking sector and financial sector regulations;
Microsoft certifications are valued, such as Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
A love of teamwork and continuous learning.
